MEATLOAF 1 pound ground chuck 1 chopped or grated onion 2 slices of grated bread mixed with a third or a fourth cup of water (bread grates better when frozen) 1 teaspoon salt 1 beaten egg 1/2 cup ketchup Mix the above ingredients in a loaf pan with deep sides. Then mix the sauce below and spoon on top of the meatloaf. cook for an hour at 350 degrees. Sauce: 1/4 cup ketchup 1/2 cup of water 1 tablespoon mustard 1 tablespoon brown sugar 1 tablespoon vinegar
