Hello Shannon, When you say 'milk' I presume you mean that butter cannot be used in your sugar cookies. Any sugar cookie recipes I have searched out use butter since margarine is not a viable substitute for the type of cookie you want to use. I am curious to see what our members come up with for suggestions. Donald
