You can buy a small Keurig or a larger one. Also, if you are having any kind of trouble with your machine like coffee grounds going all over your counter or any problem whatsoever, you should speak to customer service at Keurig and they can tell you what to do. I've never had that kind of problem. You have to clean the K-cup holder and also the needle that punctures the hold into the k-cup as well. Sounds like someone needed a new k-cup holder but talking with customer service should be helpful with whatever problem you may be experiencing with the Keurig.
