Turkey burger With Blue Cheese
1 pound of ground turkey
black pepper
1 clove of garlic minced

Blue cheese
Prepare by.
Mixing the turkey, black pepper and garlic well.
Separate meat into four equal pieces.
Take wax paper and make a round patty out of each section of ground turkey.
Take a chunk of blue cheese and place in middle of two of the patties. About a inch long and square. Now place other patties on top of each patty with the blue cheese and seal edges of patties. You now have to blue cheese stuffed turkey burger about 1/2 pounds each. Place on hot skillet with a little olive oil to keep from sticking. Cook about 7 minutes per size. Wide spatula works best to lift patties. I lift them once on each side without flipping them over after a minute. This keeps them from sticking to skillet or grill. I like using my pancake grill when doing these. RJ
