If you don't have this seasoning mix, what would be a good substitute?
By the way, years ago when I was on this list the first time around before
my old computer crashed, someone submitted a wonderful list of equivalents
and substitutions. Does anyone still have that?

If you're Canadian, try this! It's good! The season mix gives the ground
beef an excellent flavor!

[500 g) ground beef
[large onion, finely chopped
2 cups (500 mL) corn niblets or sliced carrots
3/4cup (175 mL) water
3 cups (750 mL) mashed potatoes
ALL YOU DO:
In a large skillet, brown ground beef, onion and
Corn or carrots over medium-high heat. Drain off fat.
Mix seasoning mix and water. Pour over
Mixture. Bring to boil.
Reduce heat to medium and gently boil 5 minutes,
stir occasionally.
< Pour meat mixture in to 2 qt (2 L) casserole and top
with mashed potatoes. Bake at 400°F (200T) for 25 minutes or until potatoes
are golden brown.
