Ellen, I think Alice offered the best solution.  I did go to the
Clubhouse website, and I found the list of ingredients in the
Shepherd's Pie Seasoning Mix.  It doesn't look too helpful, but I'll
post them here, anyway, just in case knowing what's in it gives you
inspiration.  <Smile>.

salt
hydrolyzed soy & corn protein
Worcestershire Sauce Solids (Refiners Molasses, Vinegar, Glucose
Syrup, Salt, Caramel Colour, Garlic, Sugar, Spices, Tamarind, Flavour)

spice
yeast extract (may contain barley)
disodium Inosinate & Guanylate
Caramel Colour
citric acid & tartaric acid
natural flavour
