Alfredo Put a tablespoon of butter in a none stick pan. Take a chicken breast and cut it into 1 inch strips Salt and pepper chicken.
Place in melted butter and fry 3 minutes per side. Set a side. One large red sweet pepper and one medium onion. Slice a thin as you can I use a mandolin. Now fry the peppers and onions until soft in same skillet as the chicken. add 1 cup of white wine to the skillet. Place the chicken in wine and reduce the wine a little About 2 minutes. Add 1 cup of heavy cream and reduce it as the angel hair pasta is cooking, as you stir in 1/2 cup of parmesan grated cheese and a 1/2 cup of blue cheese. You can use mozzarella cheese, but I like blue cheese. Keep stirring in cheese as the pasta cooks for about 7 minutes. (angel hair). If the cream sauce doesn't thicken up, take 2 tablespoons of corns starch and dissolve it in water and add to sauce to get the right thickness you are looking for. You can always add a little more heavy cream or wine to thin it out if to thick. Drain pasta and pour sauce over it and mix and serve.
