I received the message below from Brenda Mueller.

For years I have been ordering from Schwans, and one of that
company's outstanding features was that it provided braille catalogs
and cooking instructions to its blind clients. Today I called for a
current copy of the product catalog and a current braille copy of its
cooking instructions that would cover the new products such as baked
zitti. As it turns out, according to the representative, Schwans is
no longer producing the brailled catalogs or instructions. I really
took advantage of that service. I would think that other blind
customers have done the same, and I think the blind users should be
notified, so that we can make our views known and perhaps restore the
brailled ordering catalogs and cooking instructions.
Since Schwans is a home delivery service it provided a more
convenient way to obtain foods without paying taxi fares to the groceries store

I will be calling Schwans Monday to lodge a complaint and voice my
dissatisfaction about this matter.
