I encountered the same, and was truly frustrated and disappointed, also to learn no more catalogs or any other forms of communication via cd! I hope many blind folks call in and voice their frustrations. I guess they assume every one in the world owns a computer!

As it turns out, according to the representative, Schwans is no longer producing the brailled catalogs or instructions. I really took advantage of that service. I would think that other blind customers have done the same, and I think the blind users should be notified, so that we can make our views known and perhaps restore the brailled ordering catalogs and cooking instructions. Since Schwans is a home delivery service it provided a more convenient way to obtain foods without paying taxi fares to the groceries store Thank you.
