You didn't answer the question that was asked. So I changed the subject
line before giving my tip on keeping bread usable longer. I store the bread
in the freezer. It will easily separate if you leave it set out for a few
minutes if it doesn't separate while still totally frozen. Then, only take
out what you will use and put the rest back in the freezer before it thaws.
Microwave the needed slices for about 10 to 20 seconds on high, depending on
the power of your microwave oven. It'll be as fresh as it was when you
bought it.
