Artichoke with pasta

Had a bowl of angel hair leftover from our meal yesterday and here is what I came up with. 2 small jars of artichokes packed in oil. Drain the oil off one and leave the oil in the other. Cut the artichokes up with a pair of shears.
Juice of one lemon
1/4 cup of chopped walnuts
A couple hands full of parmesan grated cheese
Black pepper, oregano basil to taste.
Mix well and added a can of rinsed garbanzo beans along with a small onion, thinly sliced. Would like to add garlic but it is a no, no with meds my wife is taking. Added the angel hair and mixed well. Remembered I had some kalamata olive so I added some to the pasta salad. You can either eat this warm or cold. I put mine in the refrigerator for after while. RJ
