Hi, Will, I used to make French toast in a skillet, but found an even easier way! Do you have a George Foreman grill? If you do, no need to grease it. I buy the Pepperidge Farm cinnamon swirl bread, dip 2 slices in a mixture of one egg and 2 tablespoons milk, one teaspoon vanilla, one tablespoon powdered sugar. Put on the grill and cook until done; no need to turn. enjoy!
