Let me tell you that I have learned from her and she would be the first to
tell you to try different ways that might work for you. You also got to
remember this book was wrote back in the fifties.

Yes, there's been a lot of interesting cookbooks coming out on BARD lately,
though this is the only one I've downloaded that was expressly for blind
folks.
This is a good book for a novice and may have some new approaches for more
experienced cooks. But note that the author has some strong opinions about
some things, and as such presents his way of doing those things while there
are other ways to do some things that may be easier. So if something seems
odd or more work than it should be it might be wise to ask here about the
particular procedure.
