Cauliflower pizza crust

On another list some one was telling us about cauliflower pizza the other day she had at a neighbor's house. Never heard of such a thing, but did have a head of cauliflower in the refrig, so why not?
Here is what I did.
First I got out the processor and grated the cauliflower with the grated blade. Next I put the grated cauliflower in the microwave a few minutes at a time until the cauliflower tasted done. I did this about 4 or 5 times.
I let it cool
Than I found some shredded cheese in the refrig, think it was cheddar cheese, but not sure. It was what ever was in the package. About 1/3 of a bag full of a one pound bag. I added it to the cauliflower along with about four mince garlic cloves. Than a few pinches of basil, oregano, salt, pepper, and hot crushed pepper. Now I was thinking this thing needs a binder. So I got out two eggs, but after breaking one into the mess, I put the other one back. For it felt as one egg was plenty moist enough. But I did add a handful of parmesan cheese to the mix. I got out one of the liners you put on a cookie sheet to keep things from sticking to the cookie sheet, for I just don't like to clean up. I than pre heated the oven to 450 Degrees F and pop the cauliflower dough into the oven after I flatten it out on the liner to about 1/4 to 3/8 of a inch thick. Baked it for about 18 minutes and my wife confirmed it was a golden brown. So now it is cooling on the stove top, just waiting for me to put on my favorite topping of tomatoes, onions/sweet red peppers,, pepperoni, and some grated cheese. I will pre heat the oven to 425 F and bake it for, i think, about 10 minutes or longer until the cheese melts. RJ
