Tonight I added them to Mung bean soup. Also good in wedding soup and others
1 pound of ground lean meat
1/2 c of Italian bread crumbs
1 or two eggs. Depends on the driest of the mixture
3 large cloves of fresh garlic (finely minced)
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/8 teaspoon of black pepper

blend everything well.
Make meatballs about 3/8 of a inch, round.
In a none stick skillet coat the bottom with olive oil.
Fry up the meatballs, turn every now and than to fry all sides. About 8 to 10 minutes RJ
