Hello,
I was wondering which rack to use in the oven when baking? I was baking some Ginger bread and one minute it was not done and the next few minutes it seemed like it had cooked to long and had a burnt smell to it. I was told that part of my problem was that I had it to close to the burner I was cooking it on the bottom rack. I was told to use a higher rack. I was wondering about other peoples experience on the list.
