I do a really quick version of pulled pork y cooking the pork in the oven, 
letting it cool, crumbling  it up with hands, mixing  bbq sauce and microwaving 
for a couple minutes.
I generally make one meal out of the roast before it goes to pulled pork but 
I'm not sure why because we like pulled pork so well.
