How about a George Foreman style grill, a toaster oven, a microwave, a
crockpot. H emay want several options. for one person, it shouldn't be as
difficult as cooking for a whole family. If he could get all four of these
options, he should be able to do without a stove. Also, they sell electric
pots that heat water very quickly for hot chocolat, tea, or instant coffee
and cup o' soups. Grills and toaster ovens are pretty inempensive if you
shop at Walmart or Target and the like. The ame with the electric kettles.
The crockpot option for a small one is also fairly affordable. The3
microwave would be a bigger expense, of course, and may require some
labelling for a blind person. The less expensive toaster ovens are pretty
easy to operate, even without labels.

Subject: [CnD] No oven

Hi guys,
I have this friend who's moving to this house where the oven doesn't work
and he doesn't know how to use the stove. He wants to know how he can cook.
Thanks
