Before the topic gets off thread, back to beer, if the recipe calls for a
certain amount of water, substitute that amount of water with beer. It
doesn't have to be really good beer, either. Any inexpensive canned beer
will do. Good thing, because I only drink bottled or draft beer, anyway.
