Greetings! I am a teacher of the visually impaired at a large high school in Miami. If anyone has a braille cookbook they can part with, please consider donating it to my program.
Most recently my students prepared and hosted a dining in the dark experience for selected faculty members. It was a fantastic success. I want to reinforce braille literacy along with the food care & preparation aspects of my curriculum.
