It took an inordinate amount of time to do eight yesterday, so, was just
curious. A friend remembered that his mom would put the apples in sugar water,
and he thought, bring to a boil and let sit for 15 minutes, but was afraid to
try this, since I was making blender apple sauce which is supposed to be raw,
according to the recipe that came with my blender. Any thoughts?
