Creamy Garlic Mashed Potatoes

1 1/2 pounds russet potatoes -- peeled and cubed
1 small head garlic, separated into cloves -- peeled
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/3 cup skim milk -- heated
1/4 cup light sour cream
1. Place potatoes and garlic in medium saucepan; add enough water to
cover. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low; cover loosely and boil
gently for 15 to 20 minutes or until potatoes break apart easily when
pierce with fork. Drain well.
2. Mash potatoes and garlic until no lumps remain. Add salt, pepper, milk
and sour cream; continue mashing until potatoes are smooth. Sprinkle with
additional pepper, if desired.
