Teriyaki Sauce 1 cup Soy sauce 1 cup Sugar 3 Tablespoons Ginger, fresh, minced 2 teaspoons Garlic, minced 1 tablespoon Bourbon (optional)
Place all ingredients in a medium saucepan. Simmer for 30 minutes. Strain and allow cooling. Use immediately or refrigerate in an airtight container.
