Spring has sprung here in Southern California and so have lots of strawberries. You can buy fresh strawberry pie, but it would be nice to make my own.
In past springs there have been mixes for that purpose strategically placed next to the strawberries in the grocery stores. This year, not so much. Has anyone made the glaze at home? I assume you prepare it, cover whole fresh berries in a baked crust.
