Betty's Cheese Wafers
Serving Size: 6
1/2 cup butter
2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 Dash Tabasco
1 cup sifted all-purpose flour
In a food processor or electric mixer, combine all of the ingredients. Roll
into logs, cover, and refrigerate until firm.
Grease a cookie sheet. Slice into wafers and place on the cookie sheet. Bake
in a 350° oven for 12 minutes.
