Hi,
Yes you can freeze your pies, cover and seal to avoid freezer  burn.
To prepare them do as you would a purchased frozen pie, as shown below.

To Serve Entire Pie: Room Temperature: Remove plastic wrap from pie. Thaw pie at room temperature for 1 to 2 hours.

Refrigerator: Thaw pie
in refrigerator overnight. Remove plastic wrap from pie and serve.
Oven: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Remove plastic wrap from pie. Cover cookie sheet with aluminum foil and place frozen pie on cookie sheet on center oven rack. Bake pie for 15 to 20 minutes or until warm.
