Buttermilk Pie 3 cups sugar 3/4 cup butter, softened 1/2 cup all-purpose flour 8 eggs 1/2 teaspoon salt 2 cups buttermilk 2 teaspoons vanilla Mix all ingredients. Pour into 2 unbaked pie shells. Bake in preheated oven at 275 degrees for about 45 minutes, or until light brown on top.
