[CnD] using a pressure cooker/crock pot

Hello, I got a pressure cooker/crock pot for Christmas.  I have used a
crock pot for years and love it.  I have had several people tell me
the wonderful thing about the pressure crock pot is it greatly
shortens the amount of time to cook an dyou can put frozen stuff in
there, therefore you don't have to prepare things in the morning
before going to work.  Have any of you used one? and if so can you
share some recipes?  Thanks
