Hello Everyone,

ACB Radio has a show entitled "Cooking with the Hazelnuts". I encourage
everyone who is interested in purchasing an electric pressure cooker to listen
to episodes 14 and 15. There is a lot of talk regarding accessibility of
pressure cookers which I think will be very helpful.

You need to be careful regarding which model you purchase because many of them
are programmable and many of them have touch panels.

Do you have a link where you purchased yours?

I have been making roast quite a bit lately using the slow cooker and using a
pressure cooker, I heard will make a roast much faster...?

I will see if I can find an electronic version of the manual. I will tell you
that I took some frozen ribs tonight and threw them in there with nothing more
than seasoning and cook them for 45 minutes and they were fall off the bone
tender
