My parents used to have a smoker and used to smoke salmon they used to catch in the 1970's. After my mother died in 1991, I gave it away to a friend, because I don't know how to use one, and I knew that the person I gave it to could use it. It was a Weber, had a couple of racks inside. I don't know how this worked. I never asked. They kept it in the basement.
