Dale had a segment on his show last night about cooking scrambled eggs. When I do mine, I use about a tablespoon of cold water instead of milk. Then I either put sharp cheddar cheese or cream cheese in them and a pinch of kosher salt before I cook the eggs. Delicious every time.
