Grandma's Pecan Balls
1 cup butter, softened
1/3 cup sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 cups pecans, chopped
Powdered sugar
In a medium bowl, blend together butter and sugar; stir in vanilla and
flour. Stir in pecans. Roll dough into walnut-size balls and arrange on an
ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 325 degrees for 15 minutes, or until light
brown.)that is about 15 minutes as mentioned as above) While still warm,
sprinkle cookies with powdered sugar; sprinkle again before serving.
Makes about 2 dozen cookies.
Sprinkle enough powder sugar to cover entire ball, use clean fingers...
