I make this a lot as it is one of my favorite desserts.
3 oz. cream cheese 1 cup confectioners sugar sifted 1/3 cup plus 2 tbs creamy peanut butter ½ cup milk 9 or 10 oz. Cool Whip 1 deep dish graham cracker crust ¼ cup finely chopped peanuts or ½ cup milk chocolate morsels Whip cream cheese on low speed until soft and fluffy. Beat in sugar and peanut butter at medium speed. Slowly beat in milk. Fold in Cool Whip and pour mixture into pie shell. Sprinkle on chopped peanuts or milk chocolate morsels.
