CHEDDAR AND SOUR CREAM DIP
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1 1/2 cup sour cream
1 tbsp. milk
1/4 cup finely chopped onions
3 tbsp. minced green pepper
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. red pepper

Mix all ingredients. Add more milk, if needed, for good consistency. Cover 
and chill for at least 1 hour.

Makes 2 cups.
