2 (12 ounce) jars beef gravy 2 cups chopped carrots 1 medium-sized onion, chopped 4 cups chopped potatoes Salt and pepper, optional Place beef in 5 to 6 quart slow cooker. Add remaining ingredients; stir together well. Cover; cook on low for 5 to 6 hours, or until meat and veggies are tender but not over-cooked. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
