Home Style Pork 4 pounds boneless pork roast, cut into pieces
1 medium-sized onion, sliced 1 cup water 1/4 cup brown sugar 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar 3 teaspoons prepared mustard Place roast pieces in 4 quart slow cooker. Top with onion. Pour water around roast and onions. In a bowl, blend together remaining ingredients. Spoon over meat and onions. Cover; cook on low for 6 to 8 hours, or until meat is tender. Variation: Add 3/4 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper when adding remaining ingredients. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
