Pork Roast 1 Medium-sized to large onion, sliced and divided
1 (3 to 4 pound) pork roast 1 (12 ounce) can cola Salt and pepper Layer two-thirds of the onions in the bottom of 4 to 6 quart slow cooker, reserving a few to place on top of roast. Place roast in cooker. Pour cola over roast. Season with salt and pepper and top with remaining onion slices. Cover; cook on low for 6 to 12 hours, depending on size of roast, until meat starts to fall apart. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
