Pork And Sauerdogs

1 (5 pound) pork roast

1 (32 ounce) can sauerkraut, undrained

8 hot dogs

Place pork in 5 to 6 quart slow cooker. Spoon sauerkraut over pork. Cover;
cook on low for 9 1/2 to 11 1/2 hours, or on high for 4 to 5 1/2 hours, or
until meat is tender but not dry. Lift roast onto a platter and, using a
fork, separate the meat into small pieces. Return pork to cooker and stir
into sauerkraut. Cut hot dogs into 1/2 inch slices and stir into pork and
sauerkraut. Cover; cook for an additional 30 minutes. Serve over a bed of
mashed potatoes.
