Slow Cooker Cherry Cobbler

 

Makes eight servings.

 

ready in:  2-5 hrs.

 

ingredients

2 cans cherry pie filling
1 package (18 ounce size) yellow cake mix
1/4 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup chopped nuts
vanilla ice cream or whipped cream

directions

Pour cherry pie filling into slow cooker, spreading it out evenly. 

In large bowl combine dry cake mix with butter until mixture is crumbly.
Sprinkle evenly over cherries. Sprinkle with nuts. Turn slow-cooker on low,
cover and cook 3 hours. Serve hot from slow cooker with ice cream or whipped
cream, if desired.
