Hi, do you peel avacados before you add them to a recipe?  I have a recipe
for a tuna salad that uses them and everything is raw for a cold salad.  I
have never used avacados before but I like them very very much.  The salad
calls also for cucumbers, cilantro, lemon, olive oil, onion, tuna, salt,
pepper, and possibly something else.  I will have to refer back to the
youtube video where I got it to be sure, but that may be it.  Thanks and
