Hello, has anyone ever used an electric smoker? A local store has one
on sale and I am possibly interested in purchasing one. I do not know much
about it. I do not know if it uses wood pellets to flavor the cooked foods.
Any feedback would be appreciated. There is an adjustable thermostat on the
device.
