Got a ton of ham left over from Christmas. Looking for a one dish meal to use some of it up.
I've seen ham and scallopped potatoes recipes posted before. However, I seem to recall that they were for the slow cooker. I'd prefer to make it in the oven. If anyone has a recipe to share, it'd be much appreciated.
