Banana Pudding Bread

2 cups sugar
1 cup vegetable oil
5 eggs
2 cups crushed bananas
2 cup flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 cup walnuts
2 3-oz. pkgs. instant coconut cream pudding

Blend sugar and oil.
Add eggs.
Add bananas.
Mix nuts and dry ingredients together and add to sugar mixture.
Pour into 3 regular-sized loaf pans.
Bake in preheated 350 degrees oven for 45 to 60 minutes.  Enjoy. From
