Dutch Goulash 4 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced
2 medium onions, peeled and sliced 1 1/2 pounds raw ground beef, crumbled 2 (16 ounce) cans kidney beans, drained 2 (10 1/2 ounce) cans tomato soup 2 soup cans of water 1 tablespoon chili powder 2 cups frozen peas or corn Salt and pepper to taste Layer potatoes, onions, ground beef, kidney beans, tomato soup, water, chili powder, peas or corn, salt and pepper in 9 by 13 by 2 inch pan. Cover with foil and bake at 300 degrees for approximately 2 hours. Remove foil toward end of baking time to brown top. Enjoy.
