Sauerkraut Hot Dish

1 1/2 pounds ground beef

1 medium onion, chopped

1 (16 ounce) can sauerkraut

1 (8 ounce) package wide noodles, cooked and drained

1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of chicken soup

Salt and pepper to taste

Brown beef and onion together; drain. Combine beef with undrained
sauerkraut, noodles, soup, salt and pepper. Spoon into casserole dish. Bake
at 350 degrees for 1 1/4 hours.

Makes 6 servings.  Enjoy.  Mama's Corner.
