Tuna Burger With Avocado Topping

1 can (3 1/2 ounces) tuna

2 tablespoons fine bread crumbs or crushed potato chips

2 teaspoons mayonnaise

Salt and pepper to taste

Worcestershire sauce to taste

2 teaspoons margarine

1 slice American cheese

Avocado Topping (see below)

Drain and rinse tuna. Combine tuna, bread crumbs, mayonnaise and seasonings.
Form mixture into a patty. Melt margarine in a skillet; brown "burger" on
both sides. Top with cheese; melt in toaster oven or under broiler. Serve
with Avocado Topping.

Avocado Topping

1/4 California avocado

1/2 teaspoon lemon juice

Seasoned salt to taste

Mash avocado with fork to a chunky texture. Mix in lemon juice and seasoned
salt.
