Oh, thanks for letting me know.

We'll put them in the oven. A long time ago, we used to grill a lot but now we
don't even have a grill.

Wonder if it would work with handmade ones, which is what I was going to do.

I forgot to mention, that I used frozen hamburger patties for this recipe. Will
you grill them? Or put them in the oven? Enjoy!

Perfect for July 4. Thanks; was going to do something else but this will be
easier and take less ingredients. <g<

FLORIDA HOBOS From Sugar
I made this on Tuesday, June 25, 2019.
They were good! But next time I make them, I'll cook them for a longer period
of time.
The potatoes weren't quite soft enough for me. I sliced them, instead of dicing
them, so they'd lay flat on the hamburger patty. Then I sliced the onions, but
they don't take as long to cook as potatoes do, as they are a harder vegetable
and take longer.
But, they were edible even still.
I used barbecue sauce, since I didn't have steak sauce.
Next time, I'll cook them for an hour or possibly a bit longer than that.
Here is the tried and true recipe.
And thanks to Sugar for posting it.
4 hamburger patties or sm. steaks
4 sm. potatoes, diced
4 sm. onions, sliced thin
Steak sauce

Make individual servings. On a sheet of foil, place 1 patty; cover with steak
sauce and add potatoes and onions. Wrap. Repeat for all patties.
Serves 4. Bake in 350F oven for 45 minutes. Also may be fixed on grill.
