Hello, I have a griddle/waffle maker that has reversible plates to make pancakes (a griddle) and waffle maker and then my sister and brother bought me plates to make pockets. But I don't know what the manufacturer was and I have had it since the 70's or 80's. You should check all the catalogs/websites blind mice mart, maxiaids, Independent living aids, and LS and S and the regular site amazon.com to see what is available. My griddle waffle maker was not adapted in any way for visually impaired people to set the temperature and there was no timer on the appliance.
