Helen, I have never oven baked an omelet before. How could you tell when it was done without overcooking it? It sounds like a good way to feed 3 or 4 people without a lot of fuss.

Stir in the cheese, ham, green pepper and onion. Pour into a greased 9" square baking dish. Bake at 400F for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
