CINNAMON & MAPLE - SNICKERDOODLE COOKIES

MAKES 2 DOZEN.

 

Heat oven to 375 degrees. 

 

Whisk 1 1/2 cups flour, 

1 tsp cream of tartar, 

1/2 tsp baking soda, 

and 1/4 tsp each nutmeg and salt. 

 

In a separate bowl, beat 1 stick butter 

and 1/2 cup each maple sugar and brown sugar. 

Add 1 egg 

and 1/4 tsp maple extract.  

 

Beat well. Beat in flour mixture. Roll tablespoonfuls of dough into balls,
then roll in cinnamon sugar. Arrange on baking sheets, bake 10 min. 

SERVE & ENJOY.
